Minecraft-like BitCraft launches $20 badge that basically acts like an all-access pass

BitCraft: Age of Automata Introduces Paid Support Badge Program

BitCraft: Age of Automata is launching a new paid program that allows dedicated fans to support the project with a Support Badge. This badge comes with exclusive perks such as a unique title, Hexite Shards, and guaranteed access to all future playtests.

The Support Badge was announced by Clockwork Labs on July 1, with the team explaining that it was a way for fans to show their support for BitCraft during its early stages. While the badge is not yet available for purchase, developers have confirmed that it will be released soon.

Purchasing the BitCraft Support Badge for grants you the “Founder” title in your Vault, access to all prerelease tests, including Empires launching on July 8, 25,000 Hexite Shards at the start of each playtest, and a Supporter Badge card in your account.

If you are a fan of sandbox-style MMORPG games like Minecraft and are interested in BitCraft, this is a great way to ensure guaranteed access to all future playtests. However, the developers have reassured that free access to playtests will still be available to other enthusiasts.

The Founder title is a permanent feature, but the 25,000 Hexite Shards are only granted at the beginning of each playtest and may not continue into the full launch. This ensures that players who do not purchase the Support Badge will not be at a disadvantage during the game’s launch.

The Support Badge program will be available for purchase starting June 2 at 10am CT. To buy the badge, you will need a BitCraft account. Additionally, signing up for an account before the launch will also earn you an Alpha Awakened title.
