A Unique Mod for Naruto Games
A modder known as Nerante on Nexus Mods has been adding a special feature to various Naruto games—a different Magenkyou Sharingan for Itachi Uchiha.
For those unfamiliar, the Magenkyou Sharingan is a unique ability exclusive to the Uchiha clan in Naruto. Itachi Uchiha is one of the few characters shown with this powerful ability, allowing him to use Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu with his eyes.
Currently, five games have this mod available, including Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 and 4, among others. While the addition may seem unnecessary given Itachi’s already formidable abilities, sometimes a mod exists simply because ‘why not’.
There is speculation surrounding Fugaku Uchiha’s potential Magenkyou Sharingan ability, as it is briefly referenced in an anime-only scene. The mystery adds intrigue to the mod and the Uchiha clan’s powers.
The mod showcases a battle between the modded Itachi and Delta, demonstrating Itachi’s familiar moves with a twist. Installation is straightforward, with Nerante’s simple instructions making it easy for players to experience Itachi with his father’s eyes.
