Windows 10 has a user base of 54.2%, while Windows 11 has 42.69%. The requirement for TPM 2.0 in Windows 11 poses a barrier for users considering an upgrade. Microsoft highlights the benefits of TPM 2.0, including data protection, software integrity, physical tamper resistance, and support for advanced security features. Microsoft encourages users to transition to Windows 11 for enhanced security, improved user experience, and future readiness. However, the adoption of TPM 2.0-compatible CPUs has not met expectations, and the end of support for Windows 10 may prompt more users to upgrade to Windows 11.

Microsoft has postponed the discontinuation of driver distribution via Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), originally set for April 18, due to substantial user feedback. WSUS Driver Synchronization, initially marked as “deprecated,” will continue to be supported and operational, although it will not receive active development. Microsoft acknowledged the needs of users in disconnected environments and will maintain the service for synchronizing driver updates from the Windows Update Service and importing updates from the Microsoft Update Catalog. The company is also developing a new roadmap to streamline services and promote alternative technologies like Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopatch for Windows 11 devices.

Microsoft is reportedly considering a new Xbox model that may function more like a personal computer, allowing access to various digital storefronts such as Steam and the Epic Games Store. A leaked user interface from the Game Developers Conference supports this idea. If true, this could enable gamers to play Sony titles like God of War Ragnarok and The Last of Us 2 on an Xbox device. However, this model would challenge Microsoft's traditional console business strategy, as it could lead to revenue sharing with companies like Epic and Valve. Opinions in the gaming community are mixed regarding whether Sony would block its games from being played on this new Xbox platform.

The Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection is a collaboration between Konami and Digital Eclipse, featuring early digital titles from the franchise, including Game Boy and Game Boy Advance games. It includes notable titles like Eternal Duelist Soul and Dungeon Dice Monsters, which offer a nostalgic experience for fans. The collection provides features such as customizable borders, cheats, time rewinding, save states, and a digital gallery. Online play is currently limited to Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 4: Battle of Great Duelists, with plans for expansion to other titles. However, it lacks some key games from the franchise's peak, such as The Duelists of the Roses, and may not be ideal for newcomers due to outdated mechanics and lack of tutorialization.

Microsoft has confirmed that there are currently no plans for a public launch of this free version, despite the ongoing limited testing.

Flyby11, a third-party utility for navigating Windows 11 system requirements, has received a significant update that includes a Registry tweak and refined scripts for improved stability. Microsoft Defender flags Flyby11 as a Potentially Unwanted Application (PUA:Win32/Patcher), which may deter some users. The application has been adjusted to comply with Microsoft's updated CPU and TPM policies, although Microsoft does not officially support this method. Users are advised to test Flyby11 in a virtual machine due to its lack of digital signatures. The latest version, 1.2, is available for download on its official GitHub repository.
