Users can only adjust the value to '0' or '3' using the mouse, while the keyboard allows for four levels: '0', '1', '2', and '3'. A previous build, 26200.7623, had the positions of 'Short' and 'Longer waiting times' reversed. Users can report this issue through the Feedback Hub by pressing 'Windows key' and 'F', which captures a screenshot and allows them to summarize their feedback.
