The first elder dragon in Monster Hunter Wilds is the returning Gogmazios. The upcoming Omega Planetes event in Final Fantasy 14 is expected to surpass the previous collaboration featuring Behemoth. Naoki Yoshida, the game director of FF14, aims to improve his team's performance. Omega Planetes will feature Nerscylla clones and familiar foes like Morbol Seedlings and Cactuars. The Bale Armor set will include a skill called 'Soul of the Dark Knight,' which mimics the FF14 ability The Blackest Knight. The Greatsword will have a unique weapon skill named 'Shadowbringer.' Capcom will introduce the Soul of the Pictomancer, allowing players to execute a three-spell sequence for damage. Monster Hunter Wilds Free Title Update 3 launches on September 29, requiring Hunter Rank 41 or higher and completion of the 'What Lies Ahead' mission. The Festival of Accord: Dreamspell will occur from October 22 to November 12. Players are encouraged to optimize their framerate with upcoming PC fixes in Title Update 4.

Players are currently unable to respawn in Solo Ops activities after dying, and this issue is being investigated by Bungie. The respawn button is unresponsive post-countdown, forcing players to exit to orbit or switch characters to rejoin. This bug also extends into Patrol zones, although self-revival is sometimes possible. Additionally, the exotic hand cannon Sturm is providing an unintended +380% damage boost, leading Bungie to disable it in the Trials of Osiris PvP mode while allowing the bug to persist in PvE. Bungie has paused non-critical balance fixes, but Sturm is considered a critical issue. There are several known issues, including players being killed immediately upon respawning in specific activities and engrams dropping at lower Power levels than advertised. Bungie's community team has expressed frustration over the ongoing issues and their impact on player trust. They have also allowed players to earn a previously paid armor set as an in-game reward.

Destiny 2 is experiencing a significant downturn, marked by player disillusionment and numerous gameplay bugs. A recent controversy involves a new armor set that was expected as a reward from the Iron Banner activity but was instead made available for purchase in the Eververse Store for 1,500 Silver per character. Players are frustrated that the armor is a "reprised" version of older designs and lacks originality. The concept art for the armor, created by Ben Low, was removed shortly after its release, leading to speculation about Bungie's decision-making. Community reactions are mixed, with concerns about the franchise's future and criticism of Bungie's focus on revenue over player satisfaction. The game's known issues page is extensive, reflecting player frustrations with its current state. The community is awaiting a response from Bungie regarding the armor set controversy, but the studio has remained largely silent.
