Windows 10 has a familiar interface with features like pinned apps, organized app list, handy widgets, merged action menu, and notification panel. Some users prefer Windows 10's dark mode, streamlined right-click experience, and sharper design over Windows 11's centered Start menu, separate app list, and rounded corners. Windows 11 introduces new features like Auto Super Resolution, Copilot AI assistant, and Copilot Plus, but upgrading may not be necessary for users who value a streamlined workflow. Users may not miss out on much if they stick with Windows 10, as it offers a reliable and familiar operating system. Microsoft will end support for Windows 10 in 2025, but users have time to evaluate Windows 11's evolution before deciding to upgrade.

Windows on Arm PCs can reproduce about 95 percent of what a standard Windows PC can do, but the last few bits can be frustrating. Copilot+ PCs are excellent on wall power and have great battery life. The performance is excellent, but the harder you push it, the shorter the battery life. Copilot+ PCs are designed for productivity, not gaming. The chips include AI functions that improve graphical performance. Qualcomm is not the only chipmaker involved in Copilot+ PCs, with AMD and Intel also developing chips for this platform.
