World of Warcraft will release its new expansion, Midnight, with early access on February 28, 2026, and a full release on March 3, 2026. The expansion introduces a player housing system available to pre-order customers, allowing customization of personal spaces. There are currently limited housing styles for goblin players, but Blizzard plans to expand options. The development team is also working on enhancing character customization and animations, as well as integrating glyphs into the transmog system. Pre-orders for Midnight are available for .99 on Windows PC.

Blizzard Entertainment announced a second expansion for Diablo 2, titled Reign of the Warlock, during the Diablo 30th anniversary Spotlight video. The last expansion, Lord of Destruction, was released 25 years ago. The new expansion introduces a warlock class that allows players to summon three different demons and bind one enemy demon for powerful buffs. Quality-of-life improvements include stash tabs that allow item stacking, unique tabs for specific categories, loot filters for item visibility, and a comprehensive item collection list. Diablo 2: Reign of the Warlock is now available on Battle.net.

World of Warcraft's upcoming expansion, Midnight, is set to launch on March 2. It will feature significant updates to combat modifications and the addition of player housing. Players who preorder the expansion will gain early access to player housing. Patch 11.2.7 will be released as a prologue to Midnight, introducing a new storyline and quests. A pre-patch will also be rolled out before the official launch, incorporating class and addon changes. Blizzard announced three expansions at BlizzCon 2023: The War Within, Midnight, and The Last Titan. WoW: Midnight is available for preorder on the Blizzard store.
