Capybara Games has announced its new project, Find Your Words, an adventure game set in a summer camp focused on non-verbal communication. It is scheduled for release on PC via Steam in 2026 as a free game, with an optional supporter edition. The game aims to highlight communication differences and offers players a chance to experience simplified AAC tools. Players will explore a vibrant camp, collect symbols for a communication binder, and build friendships while discovering unique meanings through symbol combinations. The creators, Jon Maur and Vic Nguyen, are both fathers of non-speaking children, which inspired the game's development. Maur leads programming, writing, and design, while Nguyen focuses on art and visuals. Their previous works include titles like Grindstone and Below. An announcement trailer and screenshots are available for viewing.

Developer Arkanya Games has announced that The Girl from Arkanya will be released on PC via Steam on August 21, 2025. The studio has shifted to self-publishing after ending its partnership with Top Hat Studios. A new trailer showcases the game's pixel art adventure, featuring puzzle-solving, dungeon crawling, and light combat, with the protagonist Marisa and her capybara companion. The game is inspired by The Legend of Zelda series and has faced delays since its initial announcement in 2020. The decision to self-publish was made due to disagreements over the project's direction, allowing Arkanya Games to set their own release timeline. The PC version will be released independently while discussions for console adaptations are ongoing.
