Apple has removed the women's safety app Tea and its male counterpart TeaOnHer from the App Store due to failure to meet content moderation and user privacy standards. The decision follows a cyberattack that exposed sensitive user information and concerns about security vulnerabilities in both apps. Apple cited non-compliance with its App Review Guidelines and Developer Code of Conduct. While both apps are no longer available on Apple's platform, they remain accessible on the Android app store.

The Minecraft Server Management Protocol has introduced a server management API using JSON-RPC over WebSocket for dedicated servers, which is initially disabled and can be activated via the server.properties file. The API allows querying and updating server states, including player information and game rules, and sends notifications about state changes. An API schema can be obtained through a specific method call, and the API adheres to JSON-RPC 2.0 specifications with namespaced methods. Clients must authenticate using a bearer token, and TLS is enabled by default for secure communication. Unsent chat messages are now saved as Chat Drafts if the chat closes unexpectedly, with an option to save drafts by default. A Code of Conduct screen is now mandatory upon connecting to a server, with a new boolean field in the server.properties file to enable it. Accessibility features include toggleable key binds and options for mouse settings, while performance improvements have been made to rendering and loading mechanics.

Minecraft snapshot 25w34b introduces a new code of conduct feature that allows server administrators to create customized guidelines for players to accept before joining. Key changes include a new main menu background, longer sound delay for end light flashes, rebranding of the "Hide Lightning Flashes" setting to "Hide Sky Flash," and adjustments to the copper golem's hitbox and visibility. Players can hear copper golems and copper chests from 12 blocks away, and the sound associated with copper sorting has been softened. Bug fixes in this snapshot address various issues, including: - Resolved overflow of world names, versions, and timestamps in the world selection screen. - Fixed item frames and glow item frames not adjusting their hitbox when containing a map. - Addressed water and lava dripping from barriers. - Corrected glitches in the fletching table and issues with command execution across dimensions. - Ensured proper functionality of the statistics screen and command block interface. - Fixed various sound and visual issues related to copper golems and other entities. - Resolved problems with player spawn locations and ownership of arrows in multiplayer. - Corrected ambient sound issues and improved the drop rate of sweet berries.
