Notepad and Paint updates begin rolling out to Windows Insiders

The latest updates for Notepad (version 11.2512.10.0) and Paint (version 11.2512.191.0) are being rolled out to users in the Canary and Dev Channels of Windows 11. Notepad now includes expanded lightweight formatting capabilities with additional Markdown syntax features such as strikethrough formatting and nested lists.
