The latest trailer for A Minecraft Movie features Easter eggs from the game, including characters using a water bucket, a chicken jockey, and a baby panda. The film follows four humans, voiced by Jason Momoa, Emma Myers, Danielle Brooks, and Sebastian Hansen, who are transported to the Overworld, a cube-based realm. The Overworld is threatened by Steve, voiced by Jack Black, who discovers a portal to the Nether, where the antagonist Malgosha, voiced by Rachel House, resides. Steve seeks the help of the four protagonists to combat this threat. U.S. audiences purchasing tickets through Fandango will receive an exclusive jetpack add-on for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. A Minecraft Movie is set to be released in theaters on April 4.
