Microsoft is testing customizable sound notifications for Teams users on Windows and the web. The feature allows users to adjust sound settings for different types of notifications, choose from eight different sound options, and enable sound notifications when busy or in a meeting. The feature is currently being tested by members of the Teams Public Preview and Microsoft 365 Targeted release versions with no official timeline for a wider rollout.
