Helldivers 2’s siege of Cyberstan is the greatest galactic campaign the game has seen so far

A Post-Apocalyptic, Rhythm-Based RPG With An Incredible Soundtrack Is Free On PC

Keylocker is a rhythm-centric RPG set in a dystopian world where music is forbidden. Players control B0B0, a cyborg and one of the last musicians, who escapes from prison and teams up with a sentient robotic jukebox named Rocket and his brother Dealer to rebel against the oppressive rulers known as Satellites. Grounded 2, even in early access, is one of the best survival games I’ve ever played

Grounded 2, developed by Obsidian in collaboration with Eidos Montreal, launched in early access on July 29. The game features a vast first area comparable in size to the original game, but it has performance issues, with limited graphics settings and frame rate challenges even on high-end systems. The game retains a colorful cartoon aesthetic while improving lighting and textures. New mechanics include the ability to befriend bugs that serve as mounts and allies, enhancing exploration and combat dynamics. The introduction of the Omni-Tool simplifies resource gathering. Grounded 2 encourages exploration and adventure, with quests from human characters and a mysterious hacker element. The combat system has evolved with new mechanics and a variety of new creatures, while familiar foes have revamped designs. Despite some bugs during gameplay, the overall experience is enjoyable.

‘Murderbot,’ ‘The Brutalist,’ ‘A Minecraft Movie,’ ‘Duster,’ and the best to stream this weekend

Apple TV+ has released a new sci-fi series titled "Murderbot," adapted from Martha Wells’ "Murderbot Diaries." " Duster," an action drama set in the 1970s, stars Josh Holloway and is now streaming on Max. Amazon's "Overcompensating," a college comedy created by and starring Benito Skinner, follows a closeted freshman and his outsider friend on a journey of self-discovery, with all eight episodes available on Prime Video. "The Brutalist," a historical drama starring Adrien Brody, is now streaming on Max after winning three Academy Awards. The Apple TV+ documentary "Deaf President Now!" recounts a 1988 protest at Gallaudet University for a Deaf president, directed by Nyle DiMarco and Davis Guggenheim. "The Quilters," a documentary short about incarcerated men making quilts for foster children, is available on Netflix. The "Minecraft Movie," featuring Jack Black, is now available for purchase on Amazon. The RoboCop: Rogue City expansion that looks like Dredd will bring more trouble to your PC in July

RoboCop: Rogue City was released in 2023 and is set in a dystopian Detroit. An expansion titled RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business is scheduled to launch on July 17, 2024. This expansion is inspired by the 2012 film Dredd and features a narrative where players guide Murphy through an OmniCorp skyscraper controlled by mercenaries. It includes flashback missions to Murphy's earlier days as a cop. New characters, including a scientist named Miranda, will assist Murphy, and the mercenary leader may have connections to Murphy's past. The expansion aims to capture more of the style and satire of the original RoboCop film.
