The Thunder Overload cosmetic lineup features outfits and a weapon skin that transforms the SKS into a mechanical dragon. Earlier this year, Once Human was also accused of borrowing design elements from Rainbow Six Siege. Starry Studio has pledged to replace the disputed asset and review their art and design policies, emphasizing the importance of originality and community feedback.

New Hades 2 patch notes deliver buffs, faster progression, and an upgraded ending, with a few extra treats

New patch notes for Hades 2 have been released, marking a significant update that enhances the game's experience by expanding the sequel’s true ending and accelerating unlocks. Patch 1 introduces streamlined progression for Fated Prophecies, buffs to numerous boons and blessings, options to disable low-health flashes, and fixes for frame rate issues. The update includes new events leading to and following the true ending, requiring additional Underworld clears for full content access. Key changes include faster progression for events in the Fated List of Minor Prophecies, reduced costs for decorative items in the Crossroads, lowered requirements for cauldron incantations, and the introduction of the Primordial Chaos theme in the Music Maker. Players will find it easier to acquire duo boons, with the Favor boon from Chaos increasing their appearance rate, and the Yarn of Ariadne boosting this chance. The option to disable persistent 'danger pulse' flashes and limit maximum frame rate when VSync is off has also been added. The patch is now live, and players are encouraged to provide feedback, especially regarding changes to the ending.

Minecraft just revealed the best underwater mount ever and a new weapon I can’t wait to try

The Minecraft Live showcase confirmed the introduction of The Copper Age, set to launch on September 30, which will feature new materials such as copper for tools, armor, and decorative items like Copper Torches and Copper Lanterns. It will also include the Copper Golem for item sorting and a new furniture piece called the Shelf for storage. Additionally, the upcoming Mounts of Mayhem expansion is scheduled for late 2025, introducing a new weapon, the Spear, and an underwater mount called the Nautilus, which can be tamed with Pufferfish. The Nautilus allows for extended underwater exploration without consuming air bubbles, but players must be wary of the Zombie Nautilus variant. The Zombie Horse will also be available in Survival mode. Testing for Mounts of Mayhem will begin soon via Bedrock preview and Java snapshots, and a Dragon Ball Z DLC is expected later this year.
