Samsung has released an update for its Knox Asset Intelligence (KAI) app, now at version 1.1.19.11, aimed at enterprise organizations for monitoring and collecting real-time health and usage data from managed Android devices. The update includes enhancements in device diagnostics, such as diagnosing network latency issues related to IP and DNS servers, monitoring battery statuses, and an error reporting mechanism for network or battery-related issues. Additionally, new dashboard charts provide insights into device performance, allowing administrators to view app and battery issues for the top five groups and see which Knox Service Plugin (KSP) profiles have been applied to devices. Users can access the update through the Galaxy Store or a provided third-party app link.
