The Tandem Mobi is an automated insulin delivery system that adjusts insulin doses based on real-time blood sugar data from a continuous glucose monitoring system. It utilizes Control-IQ+ technology, which has shown users achieving up to 79 percent time in range during the day and 90 percent overnight. The mobile app allows users to manage diabetes directly from their smartphones and facilitates secure communication with healthcare providers. Nationwide access to the Tandem Mobi system is expected to begin in early 2026, with a limited release in December 2025, and the Android app will be available on the Google Play Store for select smartphone models.
