In the three weeks since its launch, 39% of Arc Raiders players have collected loot exceeding 1 million in value, and 16.5% have navigated the elevator and subway back to Speranza over 100 times. The game is receiving positive engagement, with players experimenting with mechanics against the Arc. A winter-themed snowfall map and new quests are planned for December. Suggested expansions include permanent unlocks for blueprints, an additional skill point above the current level cap, clearer Expedition Project information, Arc hacking, buildable temporary structures, spontaneous squad formation, handheld detectors for resources, friendly Arc companions, surveillance devices, and a fishing system. A photography system could allow players to capture visuals and create quests around photographing Arc. Increasing the variety and challenge of encounters, particularly with the Shredder, is recommended. Additionally, a dedicated co-op PvE mode with various gameplay formats and custom game types could enhance the player experience.

The Mass Effect series, particularly its third installment released in 2012, sparked intense discussions about its endings and player choice impact. A mod called Glorious Elevators (LE3), developed by Linkenski, aims to restore the elevator experience from the original Mass Effect, which was cut from Mass Effect 3 due to technical limitations of the PS3 and Xbox 360. The mod allows players to experience the Normandy's lifts in real time, enhancing gameplay and rekindling nostalgia. Linkenski claims it improves upon the original elevators and adds to the seamlessness of Mass Effect 3.

The author experienced solo queue gameplay in Arc Raiders, noting that player interactions often lead to peaceful resolutions rather than conflict, with two-thirds of encounters diffused through simple gestures or communication. The game fosters a sense of anticipation and connection among players, contrasting with the more reserved communication styles of British players compared to Americans and Europeans. The author emphasizes the importance of initiating conversations to build friendships and influence others, leading to positive experiences, including unexpected revives. The game's polished presentation attracts a more casual audience, contributing to a congenial atmosphere, while the dynamics of solo queue play encourage cooperation over conflict due to shared vulnerability. The author suggests that turning on a microphone and engaging in conversation can enhance the gaming experience.

Players embark on a journey on the planet Eden, encountering Senior Warden Weintraut and the side quest 'For Whom The Bridge Tolls.' To complete the quest, players must secure two individuals for execution, reflecting themes of factional conflict and moral dilemmas. The first objective is to locate Ida Rutledge and Charlton Weintraut. Ida can be found at Sovereign's Sweet Spire Grove, where players must repair a broken elevator with an Engineering skill of at least three or find an alternative route. Upon reaching her, players will learn of her demise and must collect her severed arm. Charlton Weintraut is located in Westport and is more challenging to persuade to accompany players. To convince him, players must complete 'The Brain Benders of Auntie's Choice' side quest and gather evidence of his allegiance to Auntie's Choice from his home. After completing the side quest, players can persuade Charlton to leave with specific dialogue options, provided their Speech skill is sufficient. Once both individuals are secured, players can return to the bridge and speak to the guard to complete the quest, gaining access to the Bridge but not the Vox Relay.
