He noted that PC gaming allows for more experimentation. CCP Games is developing EVE Frontier, while EVE Online recently launched its expansion, Catalyst, on November 18, and EVE Frontier's next update is scheduled for November 27. EVE Vanguard, a first-person shooter, is also in development.

These Android Apps Are Terrible For Your Phone’s Battery Life

pCloud conducted a study on battery consumption of around 100 popular Android applications, analyzing their average battery requirements while using various features. Fitbit was identified as the top battery consumer, running 14 out of 16 background processes, with four significantly draining the battery. The Verizon app ranked second, also consuming considerable battery due to its background processes related to location services. Six social media apps—Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn—were noted for their battery drain, allowing 11 processes to run in the background. Dating apps like Grindr, Tinder, and Bumble were included in the findings but do not offer dark mode options. The Google app was highlighted as a major battery drain, with Gmail and Chrome also ranking high. Users can check their apps' battery impact through the Android power menu in the Settings app.

Runescape is finally wrapping up one of its earliest storylines, 24 years after the first quest debuted

Runescape launched the quest "Prince Ali Rescue" on February 28, 2001, starting the Desert quest line. The conclusion of this storyline will occur through the "Return to the Desert" trilogy, announced at RuneFest, with releases scheduled for April and July. The trilogy includes "Beneath Scabaras' Sands" in January, "Pharaoh's Folly" in April, and "Eclipse of the Heart" in July. Players will revisit familiar locations and encounter updated appearances of characters, including Amascut, who will regain her "divine feline form." Amascut will also be featured in a new battle, which will include the game's first-ever world-first race.
