enhanced tracking features

Google's Find My Device app has been updated to include enhanced tracking features, with third-party trackers like Pebblebee being introduced. The new trackers can be easily paired with Android phones and will appear on the Find My Device interface. The service is expanding to support a variety of devices, including headphones. A new feature allows devices to be tracked even when powered off, starting with the Google Pixel 8. Additional features include audible alerts and on-screen graphics to aid in locating misplaced items. The Find My Device update will be available globally and more information will be shared at the Google I/O 2024 event.
