Project: Gorgon has emerged from Steam early access, featuring straightforward 3D graphics and a minimally guided leveling experience that encourages exploration. The recent 1.0 update introduced the capital city of Statehelm, which is the largest map created by the developers and includes 200 new quests and character progression up to level 100. The update also brought new character models, revisions to combat wisdom mechanics, crafting epiphanies for master craftsmen, and refinements to player-run vendor stalls. A notable change in the game is that "skeletons are no longer contortionists." A demo is available for players to experience the game up to level 15, and a 25% launch discount is offered until February 4, reducing the price to £15.74.

In a gameplay demonstration of 007 First Light, the game's third-person shooting mechanics were highlighted, showcasing Bond's stealthy infiltration of a hotel using non-violent tactics like negotiating with guards and creating diversions. The gunplay was noted as a standout feature, with gameplay transitioning from stealth to action, incorporating elements reminiscent of Max Payne, including a "Bond-vision" to slow down time during firefights. Hand-to-hand combat featured environmental interactions, and Bond could catch sidearms thrown by defeated foes. The game allows for both sophisticated conflict resolution and aggressive playstyles, with an option for a "Body Count Bond" approach.

Manor Lords has experienced a slowdown in updates since early 2025 as developer Slavic Magic is overhauling the game's underlying systems, including building mechanics, production chains, and environmental interactions. The affinity system, which determines how structures relate to their surroundings, is being redesigned to create a more in-depth relational system between buildings and their environments. The game will feature diverse environments, with unique affinities for each building, such as apiaries thriving in woodlands and enhancing nearby orchards. Additional features in development include new shopfronts, artisan workstations, a new map titled "divided," and a camera feature that allows players to see inside fortifications. The frequency of smaller patches has decreased due to the focus on these larger changes, but updates will continue as development progresses.
