Post-apocalyptic South Korea retro survival horror game Ground Zero announced for PC

Publisher Kwalee, in collaboration with developer Malformation Games, has announced the retro-inspired survival horror game Ground Zero, set in a post-apocalyptic South Korea. The game will be available on PC via Steam, but a release date has not been provided. Ground Zero features a narrative centered around a meteor impact that devastates South Korea, with players taking on the role of an elite Korean operative and her Canadian partner two months after the disaster. Key features include combat with mutated monsters, exploration of a ruined city, a variety of combat abilities, upgrades through Genome Points, battles against large bosses, and elements reminiscent of classic survival horror games, such as fixed cameras and intricate puzzles. Unlockables and bonus content will also be available.
