Denshattack! (PC) Review

Denshattack! is a cel-shaded trick-based 3D platformer developed by the indie studio Undercoders in Barcelona, Spain. The game features a protagonist named Emi Araki, a 19-year-old ramen delivery driver in Beppu, Japan, who dreams of riding the VACTRAIN, an underground train. The narrative involves Emi leaving her hometown to confront the mega-corporation Miraidō, which governs the state and operates the VACTRAIN. Players engage in gameplay inspired by classic titles, performing stunts and achieving high scores across 60 levels in eight regions. The game includes boss battles, a scoring system, and a vibrant visual style complemented by a notable soundtrack featuring guest composers. Despite some navigation challenges and minor imperfections, Denshattack! has been well-received for its engaging gameplay and artistic presentation.

These suggestions will only appear when travel modes are set to "Drive," "Bike," or "Walk," excluding public transit options. The feature is not yet active, but developments indicate Google's commitment to improving Google Maps functionality.

Google is opening the floodgates to third-party app stores on Android next week

Google will allow third-party app stores on its Android platform starting July 22, 2026, following a legal agreement with Epic Games. This decision comes after Google withdrew its motion to modify a court injunction requiring the inclusion of third-party stores. The new framework will enable third-party app stores to list apps and games available on the Play Store, with developers having the option to participate under the same conditions as those in the Play Store. Third-party stores will incur a ,000 annual access fee to list Play Store apps and must adhere to specific security and policy protocols.

Windows 11 finally gets an undo button for your entire PC

Microsoft unveiled its July 2026 Patch Tuesday update, identified as KB5101650, for Windows 11 versions 25H2 and 24H2. The update introduces the Point-in-Time Restore (PITR) feature, allowing users to take full backups and create snapshots every 4 to 24 hours, with snapshots retained for a maximum of 72 hours. PITR can restore local files and applications. Users can now pause Windows updates for up to 35 days. Other enhancements include discreet widget operation, optimized taskbar notifications, faster File Explorer startup, quicker disk image mounting, improved Bluetooth functionality, reduced eye strain through screen tinting, and enhancements in voice control and input capabilities. Not all features will be available immediately after installation, with security-related improvements being deployed universally.

Your Google Maps App On Android Auto Is About To Look Different

Google has been enhancing Google Maps with features similar to Waze, including road hazard warnings and a visual upgrade called Immersive Navigation, which began rolling out in early 2026. This upgrade was launched for Android Auto users in July 2026, linked to Android Auto version 17.3, but its rollout may be server-side, causing delays for some beta users. Immersive Navigation features a three-dimensional interface with 3D buildings and animated trees, and aims to provide more intuitive directions using images from Google's Street View. Since March 2026, it has been gradually reaching users alongside the updated Ask Maps functionality, which uses AI through Gemini for enhanced navigation assistance. The update's distribution is uneven, with no method to expedite the process. Immersive Navigation utilizes real-time traffic data for better route context, positioning Google Maps favorably against Waze, although Waze still excels in live user feedback on road hazards. There is currently no information on whether Immersive Navigation will support offline maps.
