Microsoft's OneDrive web application for business users now allows personalization of folder colors, moving away from the traditional yellow theme. This feature will soon be available in Windows File Explorer, where users can modify folder colors through the right-click context menu. Initially, it will be available to Microsoft 365 business users, with potential plans for consumer rollout later. The OneDrive interface for business users currently supports colored folders that integrate with Windows 11. Additionally, Windows 11 is increasing OneDrive-related notifications, and the Windows Backup feature helps users replicate PC settings, although the free storage limit is 5GB, which is less than competitors like Google Drive's 15GB.
