Minecraft Mounts of Mayhem Update Rides Out as Bedrock 1.21.130 via Patch 3.27/1.037

Mojang has released the Mounts of Mayhem update for Minecraft, available in Bedrock version 1.21.130 and recognized as update 3.27/1.037 for console players. The update introduces new content including a spear weapon, mounts like Horses and Camels that no longer sink while swimming, and new mobs such as Nautilus and Zombie Nautilus. The spear has various materials with different stats and two attack types. A new Skeleton variant called Parched spawns in Deserts and does not burn in sunlight. The update also includes audio fixes, gameplay adjustments, and general bug fixes.

Silksong’s disastrous Chinese translation has received an official fan-made overhaul, and it’s just been pushed live on PC with Patch 4

In early September, the launch of Silksong revealed significant issues with the Chinese translation, which failed to capture the unique tone of the Hollow Knight universe. This led to a temporary dip in Silksong's Steam rating to "mostly negative." A fan group, Team Cart Fix, improved the translation, and their work was officially integrated into the game with the release of Silksong's new Patch 4. The patch notes included updates to the Simplified Chinese translation, improved controller support, various localization fixes, and numerous gameplay adjustments.

Stellaris announces release date for Infernals species pack, and I can’t wait to finally play as volcanic Tyranids

My evil playthrough of Warhammer 40k Rogue Trader just got decimated by its new update, but it’s probably for the best

This strategy game has been missing one crucial thing, but its “ambitious, reckless” new update means it finally lives up to its name

The update for 9 Kings introduces a new character, the King of Time, bringing the total number of kings to nine. This character features a clock for a face and introduces time-based cards, requiring players to focus on timing in their strategies. New perks and decrees, including Broken Decrees linked to the King of Time's abilities, add complexity to deck-building. Players who have completed the game at King difficulty can now use a new rainbow perk called Banisher to ban a king before matches. The challenge level has increased, but early gameplay is more forgiving to allow for strategy exploration. Additionally, 19 new achievements have been added. Shenmue III Enhanced Edition Announced, Free PC Upgrade Confirmed

ININ Games has announced an Enhanced Edition for Shenmue 3, which will be a complimentary upgrade for existing PC owners. The Enhanced Edition includes sharper 4K textures, richer details in environments and characters, faster load times, and support for NVIDIA DLSS and AMD FSR. The city village of Niaowu will feature more NPCs. Gameplay enhancements include a new optional camera view, an adjustable stamina system, healing options before battles, and reduced costs for progression. These changes are optional, allowing players to retain the original experience if desired. The release date is currently unannounced.
