Monster Train 2’s first DLC is transforming the game with a giant new mode and the hammer-swinging Railforged clan

A significant update for Monster Train 2, titled Destiny of the Railforged, will be released in early February as the game's first paid DLC. It introduces a new clan, the Railforged, and a gameplay mode called Soul Savior. In Soul Savior, players battle to reclaim souls from a final boss named the Lifemother, with unique mechanics that enhance gameplay. Players can unlock and upgrade over 30 souls, each providing powerful enhancements and strategic options. The Railforged clan specializes in boosting the pyre's attack power and features new units and mechanics. Additionally, the Wurmkin clan will receive a free update with new designs and balance adjustments. Pricing details for the DLC have not been disclosed.

This November, pirate-themed gaming has surged with the release of Salt 2, a survival simulation in its 1.0 version, and Captain Wayne: Vacation Desperation, an action shooter using the Doom engine. Davy x Jones, a roguelike first-person shooter, received a significant update introducing a second gameplay mode featuring a "living ship" named Abby, allowing players to engage in naval battles and recruit ghostly pirates. The update includes a boss fight against the Kraken, enhanced first-person combat with new attack options, a redesigned skill tree, a comprehensive codex, and support for advanced graphics technologies. Existing save files may become corrupted due to these changes, and the game is currently available at a 20% discount until December 9, priced at .99/£12.

The Marvel Rivals anniversary event is here, so don’t forget to scoop up those free Units and Jeff’s most adorable outfit yet

The Marvel Rivals anniversary event has launched, introducing an 18v18 Annihilation mode and offering players a variety of rewards. Players can earn Units by logging in for seven consecutive days, receiving 200 Units per day for the first six days and 300 Units on the seventh day, totaling 1,500 Units. These Units expire on December 18. Additional opportunities to earn Units include the Rivals Assemble feature for 600 Units and the Rivals' Day Countdown for 200 Units. Players can increase their total to 2,500 Units by sharing their Rivals Rewind report after December 4. The event features a free Business Shark skin for Jeff, obtainable by collecting Snack coins during matches. Players can also invest in skins and bundles, including the upcoming Van Dyne's Grand Opening event on December 4, which offers six rewards for up to 2,400 Units. Premium rewards include the Dad-tastic Reed and the Disappearing Dessert Invisible Woman for 990 Lattice.
