Soulframe is developing a Founders program that offers players four distinct options across two tiers, with each Wyld pack providing access to specific Pact or class trees, unique weapons, a talisman, a customized spirit guide, Moonsteel Threads for transmogging, Figments for dyeing armor, and Arcs as premium currency. The pricing for the Wyld packs is .99 each, while the Wyld Paragon pack is priced at .99 and includes additional features like a unique greatsword and the ability to plant a flower in Eternium Gardens. The recent launch of Preludes 12 introduces a greatsword for fighter-oriented Envoys, enhancements to sub-bosses, and fast travel, along with new cast members.

The first ever Warhammer roguelike isn’t what I expected, but now it seems obvious

Warhammer Survivors is the first roguelike game set in the Warhammer universe, developed collaboratively by Auroch Digital and Poncle. Players will control Malum Caedo against Tyranids, with options to choose from additional characters like Cadian Shock Trooper Kozlowski and Space Marine Intercessor Brother Luca. The game will also feature characters from Age of Sigmar, including Neave Blacktalon and Gotrek Gurnisson. Warhammer Survivors promises extensive gameplay mechanics, a variety of weapons, and is scheduled for release in 2026. A wishlist option is available on Steam.

Don’t let Monster Hunter Wilds’ first elder dragon distract you from how exciting its new FF14 event is

The first elder dragon in Monster Hunter Wilds is the returning Gogmazios. The upcoming Omega Planetes event in Final Fantasy 14 is expected to surpass the previous collaboration featuring Behemoth. Naoki Yoshida, the game director of FF14, aims to improve his team's performance. Omega Planetes will feature Nerscylla clones and familiar foes like Morbol Seedlings and Cactuars. The Bale Armor set will include a skill called 'Soul of the Dark Knight,' which mimics the FF14 ability The Blackest Knight. The Greatsword will have a unique weapon skill named 'Shadowbringer.' Capcom will introduce the Soul of the Pictomancer, allowing players to execute a three-spell sequence for damage. Monster Hunter Wilds Free Title Update 3 launches on September 29, requiring Hunter Rank 41 or higher and completion of the 'What Lies Ahead' mission. The Festival of Accord: Dreamspell will occur from October 22 to November 12. Players are encouraged to optimize their framerate with upcoming PC fixes in Title Update 4.

Square Enix shows off the FF14 Monster Hunter Wilds crossover rewards, but I’m quietly hoping for more

A special site for Final Fantasy 14 has revealed details about the upcoming Monster Hunter Wilds crossover event, launching in early October. The collaboration will introduce Guardian Arkveld in FF14 and Omega Planetes in Monster Hunter Wilds. Players can expect new gear, mounts, minions, and housing items. The event will feature a quest where players hunt Guardian Arkveld with a Felyne client and Seikret steed. The base encounter, 'The Windward Wilds,' requires a 725 item level, while the extreme version requires 740. Rewards include the Hope armor set and weapons inspired by Guardian Arkveld. A Seikret mount and new minions, including a baby Seikret and a Vigorwasp, will also be available. Housing items inspired by Monster Hunter Wilds will be introduced. The crossover requires players to be active subscribers who have completed the 7.0 Dawntrail MSQ with a level 100 character. The collaboration will be a permanent addition to the game.

A hardcore Souls player already soloed Elden Ring Nightreign’s max-difficulty Depth 5, but he doesn’t recommend it

Ongbal, a challenge runner in the Soulsborne community, completed Elden Ring's Nightreign at Depth Five difficulty but found the experience unenjoyable. Depth Five, introduced in the Deep of Night update, requires players to level up through earlier depths, facing tougher enemies and random Nightlords while gaining new weapon and relic effects. Ongbal's run as the agile character Wylder was straightforward, featuring tanky enemies that could deal lethal damage. He used a bleed-infused greatsword and an offhand Flamberge for jump attacks. One of Elden Ring’s upcoming new starter classes is a freakishly strong jock with an intelligence score so low, they probably can’t read, but the hardcore PvP kiddies are going ga-ga for them

Bandai Namco has revealed details about a new starter class in Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition, designed for strength builds with strong spellcasting stats, making it suitable for competitive PvP. This class, a heavy tank knight, features impressive starting stats and equipment, including a new curved greatsword and the DLC Milady light greatsword, but does not carry a shield. The knight wears heavy black iron armor reminiscent of Tarkus from Dark Souls. Footage showcasing the class has been shared on Bandai Namco's EU TikTok channel. A release window for the Tarnished Edition and its free update for other platforms has not yet been announced.
