Lawsuit Claims Addictive Features of Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft Damaged Child’s Brain

Similar lawsuits have been filed across the U.S., but the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation declined to consolidate them, allowing individual cases to proceed in their respective courts.
