Arc System Works has announced a new title, Donutal, an alien interrogation adventure game set to launch on PC via Steam in 2026. Players will assume the role of Chief Xeno Inspector in the year 2206, where they must manage communication with extraterrestrial visitors at the International Space Port while dealing with a significant debt. The gameplay involves screening groups of aliens, conducting simultaneous interrogations, and making decisions that impact Earth's future. Key characters include an android assistant named DOLPHIN, brutally honest Martians, a potentially helpful species called Pictor, and an intelligent octopus-like alien named Octo. A demo is currently available for players to experience the game.
