Steam build of Death Stranding 2 leaks two days ahead of launch

Death Stranding 2 is available for preload on Steam, but a pre-release version has leaked on piracy websites two days before its official launch. The leak originated from Steam, where unencrypted game files were mistakenly made accessible, allowing users to download the entire game, which is 113GB in size. While Steam's DRM is easier to bypass than Denuvo, the absence of Denuvo has facilitated this leak. Pirates can download and play the game, but the pre-release build lacks Russian voiceovers. Players who pirate the game will face limitations regarding online features, which are central to the gameplay. The official release is scheduled for March 19 at 7:30 am Pacific (2:30 pm GMT).

Google app finally redesigns voice search on Android

Google is redesigning its voice search feature on Android to improve user experience. The update can be accessed via the homescreen widget or any Google Search bar within the app. When a query is initiated, users see a standard results page while receiving an audible response. The new design includes a centered ‘G’ gradient, a back button, and a three-dot overflow menu for Voice settings. Users can customize language options, toggle spoken results, and select from various voices: Cosmo, Neso, Terra, or Cassini. The dark theme has been updated for better visual appeal. The interface shows a “Listening…” prompt with a face illustration and displays the transcribed query above a four-color arc. A larger “Search a song” button leads to a dedicated song search interface, inviting users to “Play, Sing, Hum.” A shortcut to Song Search history is also available. The rollout is ongoing with versions 17.1 (stable) and 17.2 (beta) of the Google app on Android, but it is not yet widely available.

Daemon Bride: Additional Gain for PC launches December 30

Developer Team ARCANA will release the PC version of the 2D fighting game Daemon Bride: Additional Gain on Steam on December 30, priced at 2,980 yen, with a 10 percent promotional discount until January 14, 2026. The game will be available in English and Japanese. Daemon Bride: Additional Gain is an enhanced version of the original Daemon Bride, which was first released in Japanese arcades on November 24, 2011. Set in 2025, the game features 17 angels and demons in combat, with online play supported by rollback-compatible net code. Notable enhancements include the first home port from the arcade version, the introduction of the boss character Dies Irae Deus as a playable character, support for both 16:9 and 4:3 screen ratios, high-resolution custom upscaling, a comprehensive training mode, and an in-game guidebook titled “Primer of Duel.”

Windows 11 just leveled up again

Microsoft has released several enhancements for Windows 11 through its Windows Insider Program, including: 1. The ability to resume Android apps from the Taskbar using the "Link to Windows" app. 2.
