Minecraft players can create an iron farm to obtain a consistent supply of iron. To build an iron farm, gather the following materials: 3 villagers, 1 zombie, 3 beds, 3 workstations, 1 name tag, 1 anvil, glass or solid blocks, water buckets, a lava bucket, a hopper, a chest, and signs.
1. Construct a 5x5 platform using solid blocks, place three beds in the center, and enclose the area with glass or walls. Install three workstations in front of each villager.
2. Create a small enclosure above the villagers for the zombie, rename it with a name tag, and position it close enough to scare the villagers.
3. Build a 7x7 platform above the villagers, use water to guide iron golems to the center, place signs to stop water flow, and add a lava source block. Below the lava, place a hopper connected to a chest to collect iron ingots.
4. Test the farm by waiting for iron golems to spawn, which will fall into the lava and drop iron ingots into the chest.
