Ravenswatch is a dark fantasy roguelike ARPG that blends elements from top-down action games and power-leveling titles. The game features a roster of fairytale characters and has introduced its first DLC character, Merlin, along with a significant update that includes an overhaul of magical objects and balance adjustments. Merlin has a unique skill set with two-button combinations that allow him to cast nine distinct spells across three categories: nature, arcane, and defense. His passive trait enables him to build runes of potency through basic attacks, enhancing his spells. The game also includes a complimentary update with five new magical objects, improvements to the enemy aggro system, and guaranteed rare or epic items from certain chests. Merlin will be available on January 19 for .99 / £6.49, and the game has an 86% approval rating on Steam.

Llamas thrive in diverse environments, including savanna plateaus, windswept hills, gravelly terrains, and forest biomes. In the Bedrock Edition, they can also be found in standard savanna regions. A typical group of llamas consists of four to six individuals, displaying colors such as rich browns, creamy whites, and soft grays. They are generally indifferent to human presence but may spit if approached too closely. Llamas can defend themselves against wild wolves but are tolerant of tamed wolves if not provoked. Taming a llama requires persistence, involving mounting and offering wheat. Once tamed, llamas can carry a chest with three to fifteen slots and can be adorned with carpets for unique designs. Llamas can form a caravan by leashing one, allowing for the transportation of goods over long distances.

Mojang has launched a visual graphics upgrade for Minecraft called 'Vibrant Visuals' alongside the 'Chase the Skies' drop. Nintendo Switch players are disappointed that the Switch trailer does not feature the new visual enhancements, leading to calls for a "Switch 2 Edition" that would include these updates. The Vibrant Visuals update enhances the game's aesthetics without changing gameplay mechanics and allows players to toggle the enhancements on and off. Mojang has expressed a commitment to bringing this graphical update to as many devices as possible in the future. The latest update for the Switch version introduces new features, including a flying mount, building in the sky, leashing camels, a new music disc, and a Player Locator bar.

Mojang has enhanced the leashing mechanics in Minecraft with the upcoming Chase the Skies update, introducing a new recipe for leads and improving leash physics to prevent snapping. Players will need one lead per mob to create a caravan, allowing for easier transportation of multiple mobs. To form a caravan, players can attach leads from one mob to another while sneaking. The traditional method of attaching leads to multiple mobs simultaneously is still available, with reduced likelihood of leads snapping. Players can also experiment with leashing boats and heavier mobs like horses and camels.
