Despite mixed reviews, Just Cause 4 saw improvements through updates. Sundberg's new studio, Liquid Swords, has faced challenges, including staff layoffs, but continues to develop a narrative-driven open-world game.

Upcoming train sim sequel shows off new tilting engine, and I wish my local rail was this cool

Train Sim World 6 is set to launch on September 30, featuring three routes including the Leipzig - Dresden line, which is 160 kilometers long. The game will introduce the BR 294 shunter locomotive and the DB BR 411 ICE-T passenger train, which can tilt up to eight degrees for higher speeds. Five additional new trains will also be available at launch, along with challenges such as new faults, temporary speed restrictions, and signal delays. Pre-orders are currently available.

Keywords has acquired Wushu Studios

Keywords Studios has acquired Wushu Studios, a Liverpool-based developer known for its contract work with major publishers. Tandem is taking Develop to Liverpool

Develop:Brighton conference is expanding to Liverpool this year with a one-day event called Develop North scheduled for November 14th at The Spine venue. Registration opens in September. Develop:Brighton 2024 saw a 5% year-on-year growth with 5,220 attendees. Andy Lane, Managing Director of Tandem Events, is excited about the expansion and the continued success of the conference.
