Home Chef’s New Minecraft Meal Kits Will Quell Your Hunger Points Ahead of the Hit Video Game’s First Movie

Home Chef has launched a collection of video game-inspired meal kits related to Minecraft, available for order online until April 18 at 11:59 a.m. CT. The meal kits feature eight options, including BBQ Turkey Meatloaf, Pesto Gnocchi, Beef Shepherd’s Pie, Honey Dijon Steak, Chicken Nuggets, Chicken BLT Sandwiches, Golden Apple Chicken, and Mushroom and Swiss Beef Burgers, starting at .99 per serving. New customers can get the first week of meals for .99 per serving with the purchase of six to eight meals per week and can use the code CRAFTER for a limited-edition Minecraft-inspired bag clip. The upcoming A Minecraft Movie is set to premiere on April 4, projected to open with 0 million in North America, and features a cast including Jack Black and Jason Momoa. Minecraft has sold 300 million copies since its release in 2009 and has inspired a wide range of merchandise.

McDonald’s ‘Minecraft’ meals with coveted toys will come out April 1

McDonald’s is launching two limited-time meal offerings in collaboration with the upcoming release of “A Minecraft Movie.” The Minecraft Movie Happy Meal for children will include one of twelve collectible toys based on characters from the film and video game. The Minecraft Movie Meal for adults will feature six iconic McDonald’s characters reimagined in a Minecraft style, including Grimace, along with collectible carts. Each meal will offer a choice of a Big Mac or 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, medium fries, and a drink, with a limited-time dip called Nether Flame Sauce. Both meals will be available starting April 1, ahead of the film's premiere on April 4.
