Microsoft has released the KB5046613 cumulative update for Windows 10 versions 22H2 and 21H2, which includes ten enhancements and fixes aimed at improving user experience and system security. The update introduces a new Microsoft account manager in the Start menu and resolves various multi-function printer issues. It is classified as mandatory and includes essential security updates from November 2024 Patch Tuesday. Users can install the update via Settings under Windows Update, and it will automatically install once updates are checked. After installation, Windows 10 version 22H2 will be upgraded to build 19045.5131, and version 21H2 will upgrade to build 19044.5131. Users also have the option to manually download the update from the Microsoft Update Catalog.

- Updated product activation phone numbers for various regions.
- Updated profiles for certain mobile operators.
- Fixed detection issues for input from Xbox 360 and Bluetooth controllers in WebView2 apps.
- Resolved a black screen issue when signing into Azure Virtual Desktop.
Microsoft reports no known issues associated with this update.
