The Valorant development team is planning a rework for the Harbor agent, who has been criticized since his introduction in October 2022 as one of the least favored characters in the game. Harbor has consistently ranked at the bottom tier, specifically holding a 'D' ranking as of early 2023. The rework aims to address player feedback while preserving his identity as an initiator-controller hybrid. Specific details about the changes are not yet disclosed, but the rework is expected to debut in patch 11.10. The development team has indicated a commitment to improving gameplay experience and team impact, with ongoing discussions in the community about what enhancements are needed for Harbor.
