“Open With” dialog box

- Windows 10 apps are experiencing a bug where an "Open With" dialog box is mistakenly displayed when attempting to perform a registered task by right-clicking on the program's icon. - The bug affects all Windows apps with registered tasks, including Calculator, Microsoft Outlook (New), Microsoft Teams, Snip & Sketch, and Sticky Notes. - Despite the bug, the program's operation is not impacted and normal usage is allowed after closing the prompt.
