Microsoft acknowledges that OneDrive sync can reduce system speed

OneDrive's synchronization can consume CPU and bandwidth resources, and pausing it can enhance performance, especially on slower devices. Visual effects in Windows 11, such as transparency and animations, can also degrade performance on slower systems.
