Changes to Minecoin for Nintendo

Starting October 27, 2026, Minecoins acquired on Nintendo devices will be restricted to those systems, meaning Minecoins purchased on other devices will not be usable on Nintendo platforms. Minecoins owned prior to this date will transition into a Legacy Wallet for continued use across compatible platforms with no expiration date. New Minecoins purchased after this date will be allocated to a distinct Nintendo Wallet. Players should check the compatibility of retail Minecoin cards with their gaming systems before purchase, as newer versions may not support transactions on Nintendo devices.
