Microsoft has partnered with Ubisoft to allow owners of select Ubisoft titles on Xbox to transition their gaming experience to PC at no additional cost. The following Ubisoft games will be accessible through Ubisoft Connect for PC: Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Far Cry 6, Immortals Fenyx Rising, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, Riders Republic, Skull and Bones, The Crew 2, The Crew Motorfest, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, and Watch Dogs Legion. New purchases of these titles will appear in Ubisoft Connect immediately, while previously acquired games will be available starting August 4th. The initiative does not allow for PC games to be converted into digital Xbox copies, and while downloadable content (DLC) will transfer, consumable items and in-game currency may not. Players can check the Properties page on Ubisoft Connect to verify successful migration.
