A recent Windows update broke the Print to PDF tool, but don’t worry, there are fixes

The Microsoft Print to PDF feature has encountered issues for some users after the June 10, 2025, update (KB5060842), with the virtual printer missing from settings and error code 0x800f0922 appearing during attempts to enable it. Microsoft has acknowledged the problem and provided temporary fixes, including enabling the feature through the Windows Features dialog or using PowerShell commands. Users may experience the error code initially but should find the feature operational afterward. Additionally, users are encouraged to consider third-party PDF solutions as alternatives.

WhatsApp Tests New In-App Document Scanner for Android Beta Users

My biggest pleasant surprise of 2025 so far has been the free prequel to one of my favorite indie RPGs, made with FromSoft’s 25-year-old game making toolset

Lunacid, a first-person RPG inspired by the King's Field series, was released in 2023 by Kira LLC. A prequel titled Lunacid: Tears of the Moon is set thousands of years before the original game and was developed using the Sword of Moonlight toolset. The game features user-generated dungeon crawlers and has drawn comparisons to atmospheric exploration titles like Thief and System Shock. Players engage in melee combat without blocking or dodging options, and character progression occurs automatically upon leveling up. Mana regenerates through successful melee attacks, and health is fully restored at the home base. The game lacks a tutorial, prompting players to refer to a classic-style manual. Players must locate five shards of a legendary sword while navigating a world filled with secrets, including hidden doors and challenging enemies.

Microsoft’s AI Agents idea for Windows 11 is insane, it could change how you use PCs

Microsoft is developing a project called Windows Agent Arena, which aims to create AI agents that can perform tasks on Windows 11 PCs. This open-source framework allows developers to build and test AI agents capable of understanding screen content and executing commands. The AI agents can automate various tasks, such as adjusting privacy settings in Microsoft Edge, installing extensions in VSCode, and modifying settings in applications like VLC and Paint. Researchers have indicated that the initial model can manage up to 150 different tasks, with a specific AI agent named Navi achieving a 19.5% success rate in task completion. Microsoft has also open-sourced a screen-understanding model called "Omniparser" to assist developers in creating more effective agents.

Google Keep likely to get advanced handwriting mode and other new features

Google Keep is enhancing its functionality, particularly for handwritten notes, in the latest version 5.24.422.02.90. The app will introduce a new handwritten notes capability for Android devices with stylus support, such as the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy S24 Ultra, as well as for users who draw with their fingers. The new handwritten notes will be visually distinct from existing drawing notes, with titles positioned differently. Users will be able to share handwritten notes in PDF format instead of just image files. A "Text to sketch" feature may also be included in future updates. These enhancements will be available on both mobile and web clients, although web notes will currently be uneditable and viewable only as PDFs. Additionally, users will soon be able to customize handwriting backgrounds with color, and notes with images will allow for resizing, cropping, and repositioning. Other upcoming features include a window resize option and the ability to manage multiple accounts in split mode on foldable devices.
