Livly Island – Adopt Cute Pets For Android

Livly Island is a mobile game developed by cocone ONE corporation where users can adopt and nurture creatures called Livlies. There are over 70 species of Livlies, which can change color based on their diet and produce jewels for in-game purchases. Players can customize their avatars and decorate their islands. The game includes features like nurturing magical trees to transform Livlies using a potion called Neobelmin. Additionally, players can work part-time at the Livly Reboot Laboratory to earn rewards.

Beggin’ Introduces Minecraft-Inspired Dog Treats for National Video Game Day

Purina’s Beggin’ brand launched Beggin’ Blocks, limited-edition dog treats inspired by Minecraft, coinciding with the premiere of A Minecraft Movie. The treats resemble Minecraft's iconic blocks and are made with real bacon. They are available in two sizes: a 6-ounce bag priced at .99 and a 25-ounce pack for .49. To celebrate the launch, Purina introduced the Big Blocky Beggin’ Sweepstakes, running through October 31, 2025, where weekly Grand Prize winners can receive a digital copy of A Minecraft Movie, a custom Beggin’-themed gaming chair, and a stockpile of Beggin’ treats. Nearly 10,000 first-prize winners will also receive a digital copy of the film. A Minecraft Movie is the first live-action adaptation of the popular video game, directed by Jared Hess and featuring a star-studded cast. The film follows characters navigating Minecraft's Overworld to return home.

I couldn’t find an ideal pet app, so I used Notion instead

A devoted cat owner faced challenges in managing vaccination schedules and health notes for their pets, leading to the use of Notion as a pet care management tool. The owner found existing pet care apps lacking in functionality and opted for Notion due to its customizable templates, reminders feature, and cross-device compatibility. They created a pet care page using the Pet Care Planner template, setting up profiles for their cats, Black Velvet and Loxi, and incorporating health information, medication details, and vet notes. Notion's database capabilities allowed for effective tracking of expenses and health incidents, especially with Loxi's diagnosis of Stage 2 Chronic Kidney disease. The owner also noted some limitations of Notion's free plan, such as restrictions on automations and mobile optimization issues, but found it effective for documenting health incidents and setting reminders. Future plans include expanding the template to manage pet-related chores.
