Google is developing an annotation feature for its Gemini platform that will allow users to write or draw on generated images before downloading them. This feature is expected to enable users to annotate images with text and drawings, providing a personalized touch. Additionally, there may be a "resubmission" option that allows users to make specific adjustments to the AI's output without rephrasing their requests. Earlier this year, Google integrated native image editing capabilities into Gemini, enabling users to modify AI-generated images and their own photographs. The anticipated annotation feature is designed to enhance user interaction with AI outputs. Google also recently unveiled the Nano Banana Pro model, which improves accuracy and content richness in image generation, potentially supporting the upcoming annotation capabilities.

An undercover operation by the Boynton Beach Police Department resulted in the arrest of 48-year-old Jesse Jacobs, who was allegedly attempting to engage in inappropriate conduct with a minor. The operation involved a detective posing as a 15-year-old on the messaging app 'MeetMe', where Jacobs solicited sexual acts and requested explicit photographs while acknowledging the age of the individual. He was charged with soliciting a minor for sexual conduct and unlawful use of a two-way communications device.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a fundamental aspect of how Android devices function, operating in the background of daily interactions. Smartphones utilize AI for optimizing network connections when connecting to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, enhancing app performance through Google Play Services with tools like LiteRT, and improving security via Google Play Protect, which scans applications for malicious activities. AI also optimizes battery management by analyzing usage patterns, enhances communication features such as autocorrect and voice recognition, and plays a crucial role in photography by processing images to improve quality.

Rostelecom has blocked two torrent trackers, underverse.su and darkos.club, which hosted databases of legal documents from "Consultant-Plus." This action was taken by Roskomnadzor in accordance with the "anti-piracy" law, allowing copyright holders to seek court orders for blocking infringing resources. The law was expanded in 2016 to include all content types, except photographs. Consultant-Plus, established in 1992, has developed a legal database with approximately 90 million regulatory acts. The "Garant" system also achieved a blockade against the torrent tracker pirat.ca in spring 2016. All three torrent trackers have been completely blocked by Roskomnadzor and recorded in the Register of Prohibited Sites. Typically, the law allows for blocking specific URLs, but in this case, the entire range of pages associated with the trackers has been rendered inaccessible. Darkos.club had previously faced a blockade under the domain dark-os.com due to the distribution of business automation software, leading to a "perpetual" blockade by the Moscow City Court after repeated infringements.

Kowloon Walled City, located in Hong Kong, was once the most densely populated place on Earth, housing approximately 50,000 residents within 6.5 acres during the 1980s. It originated as a Song Dynasty outpost and evolved into a Qing fort, becoming a refuge for displaced individuals and informal industries due to the lack of government control. The Walled City featured a complex of makeshift high-rises, some reaching 14 stories, interconnected to allow traversal without going outside. It was dismantled in the mid-1990s and now exists only in memory and cultural references. A creator known as Sluda Builds has digitally reconstructed Kowloon Walled City in Minecraft, showcasing its skyline and intricate inner workings.

Kowloon Walled City, located in Hong Kong, was once the densest settlement on Earth, housing approximately 33,000 to 50,000 residents within 2.6 hectares during the 1980s. Originally a military outpost in the Song Dynasty, it evolved into a Qing dynasty fort by 1810 and remained largely undeveloped under British control after the Treaty of Nanking in 1842. By 1940, it had minimal infrastructure, but it transformed into a bustling metropolis following an influx of refugees from the Chinese Civil War. The settlement featured interconnected buildings with ad hoc doorways, allowing residents to navigate without going outdoors. Its development was largely unregulated, with minimal British involvement and some jurisdiction asserted by the Nationalist Chinese Government. The city was characterized by high-rise buildings, some reaching 14 stories, constructed in a vernacular style.
