The Recall feature faced backlash over privacy concerns, leading Microsoft to shift it to an opt-in feature. Partial solutions for managing AI features, like Win11Debloat, allow users to remove certain functionalities, including Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot, while others require more complex removal processes.
