Auddia has integrated its Faidr mobile app with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, allowing users to access audio content seamlessly in vehicles. Over 90% of new vehicles sold as of mid-2023 are equipped with these smartphone mirroring systems. The integration provides a hands-free interface for easier and safer access to the app. Auddia is also pursuing additional integrations with various vehicle infotainment systems and plans to expand its listening options across smart speakers, desktop systems, and home entertainment setups. The company aims to enhance value for Faidr listeners by providing unique audio experiences, including ad-free AM/FM radio and podcasting options. Auddia plans to introduce an AI-assisted music-only AM/FM offering in the fourth quarter, which will allow subscribers to listen to radio stations without advertisements or air personalities.
