The Windows Search service, known as "WSearch," is responsible for content indexing, property caching, and search results for various types of content, including files and emails. It runs through the executable located at "%windir%system32SearchIndexer.exe" with the command line argument "/Embedding" and initiates automatically upon system boot-up.
