The Apex Legends battle pass structure has changed to include two 60-tier passes per season instead of one 110-tier pass, with premium tracks only purchasable with real money. A protest plan has emerged in response to these changes, with some players feeling affronted. The first half-season battle pass will launch in August with the premium track being free for players who complete challenges within the first two weeks.
