Microsoft has confirmed a new issue with the Windows 10 update where right-clicking on New Teams or New Outlook icons opens an "Open with" dialogue box instead of the proper context menu. The problem affects Windows 10 22H2 and 21H2 since May 2024. Microsoft has provided a workaround and is working on a fix for an upcoming update.
