A high-performance gaming PC is not necessary to enjoy video games, as many titles are available that require minimal system specifications. Budget-friendly options include: 1. Brawlhalla - A free-to-play platform fighter that runs on virtually any computer. 2. Celeste Classic/Celeste 64 - Free versions of a popular platformer available on itch.io and for download. 3. Fall Guys - A colorful game accessible on older computers with simple controls. 4. Fallout Shelter - A free management game set in a post-apocalyptic world. 5. RuneScape/Old School RuneScape - An MMORPG that runs on most computers, offering extensive gameplay. 6. Gwent: The Witcher Card Game - A free standalone card game that originated from The Witcher 3. These games demonstrate that engaging gaming experiences can be enjoyed without high-end hardware.

Windows XP was known for its user-friendly interface and performance, leading to a community-driven desire for customization. Notable contributions included BricoPacks, which were comprehensive suites of software and tweaks that enhanced the operating system. These packs provided features such as a sleek dock for applications, revamped window styling and cursors, new wallpapers and taskbar designs, and customizable start menus. Customizing Windows XP required technical skills and experimentation, supported by active forums. Today, customization options remain available for Windows, and Bricopacks can still be downloaded for use with Windows XP virtual machines.
