The overflow menu in the text-to-speech feature allows users to disable text highlighter and auto scroll functions, change the speaking voice's language with 12 options, and customize the voice style. The text-to-speech function in Chrome will continue to work as long as the browser is in the foreground, but will stop if the browser is closed or the home screen is accessed.
