Alerts can be enabled for new Startup apps added to Windows 11 by going to system settings, selecting Notifications, and turning on Startup App Notification. Notifications need to be enabled for this feature to work. To manage Startup apps, users can check Task Manager and toggle each app's impact on the system bootup process.
